VENM LOGO DESIGN

I was asked by a local organization, Vermont Area Ethical Nonmonogamy, to create an official logo design for them to use across a broad range of media, but specifically for digital use. This is a alternative lifestyle community that I found interesting to learn about. Through working with them, I learned a lot about relationship styles, healthy boundaries, truly open communication, and how love can look very different than what the mainstream media feeds to us.

The goal was to capture the simple beauty of the lifestyle and make the symbol for Polyamory stand out brightly against the dark silhouette of the globe. The different vector images show various parts of our Vermont community and different lifestyles, showing that ethically non-monogamous people come from a broad range of backgrounds. This logo encompasses the inclusivity of the ENM/polyamorous community.

It was a very eye-opening and fascinating project for me. I love learning about people, so it was fulfilling in a curios sense. It was definitely a unique one for the books!
